Using Project35 in Plague Outbreaks...

This model was derived from the Plague report form produced by Utah Public Health. We have created electronic forms which are intended to demonstrate how Project35 could be used to record investigations of plague. We feel the software could have applications in tracking epidemiological outbreaks and bioterrorism.
